Community Education

Every day, we make decisions about how we want to live. Why don’t we consider how to live well at the end of life? A lot of uncertainty can be avoided when we talk to those we love before something happens. Our Community Education program inspires us to consider what matters most about living and what will matter to us at the end of our lives. We are engaging people in the conversation about end-of-life care long before it is needed so that each of us can consider our own values and options for care and support through all stages of life
